Inviting everyone in every neighbourhood to take small shifts
Small Shift is a social enterprise that trains and inspires communities to create beautiful, meaningful and unique public spaces in their neighbourhood. DIO (Do-It-Ourselves) projects are used as a vehicle to build community resilience, social trust and employment pathways.
Enabling property developers and governments to jump-start community building in our growing neighbourhoods
Building a sense of community costs property developers and governments hundreds of thousands of dollars for each development. We invite them to invest these resources differently, in a more sustainable, impactful and measurable way. Paper Plain is a human-centric digital platform that on-boards residents and helps them build a strong community through community-driven activities; and enables developers and governments to create better places with live data and insights.
Paper Plain is a property tech startup backed by BlueChilli and Stockland that responds to its Stockland Accelerator brief “How can we create thriving communities with better health, wellbeing and productivity outcomes?” It is one of 11 startups selected out of 500+ applicants to develop the idea and MVP by mid-2019.
